Recommended Use
Source of/ provides antioxidants.
Helps to relieve (joint) pain associated with osteoarthritis (of the knee).
Turmeric is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain.
 
Duration of use

Recommended Dose

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache.

If you are pregnant, do not use.
 
Known adverse reactions
Hypersensitivity (e.g allergy) has been known to occur; in any case, discontinue use.
Stop use if diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea or vomiting occurs.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
