Cancellation Policy
Shirodhara Therapy Booking Policy At Vaid Rubal's Clinic Ltd, Brampton, we strive to provide the best Ayurvedic care. To ensure fairness to both clients and staff, please review our updated booking and cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment. Deposit Requirement A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking your Shirodhara Therapy session online. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your therapy. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation Before 24 Hours Clients who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellation Within 24 Hours If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. No-Show Policy If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
